The city blends a vibrant university-town culture (home to the University of Arizona) with a cost of living well below the national average and a warm, sunny climate that draws outdoor enthusiasts and families alike. Tucson's diverse culinary scene, arts community, and proximity to Mexico give it a distinctive regional character, while Phoenix and its international airport are roughly 90 minutes north for easy travel access.
