Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, California is recruiting an experienced Emergency Department RN to step into a full-time Clinical Manager role overseeing day-to-day shift operations in a high-acuity ED that anchors a three-hospital regional network. Desert Regional holds Level 1 Trauma Center designation — the only such center serving the Coachella Valley — and sits within a system that also operates a comprehensive stroke program, a cancer center, and the region's only Level 3 NICU. This is a rotating-shift leadership position for a clinically sharp, operationally grounded RN who is ready to own staffing, performance improvement, and team development in one of Southern California's busiest trauma environments.
