This is a rare opportunity to help build workflows, culture, and clinical standards from day one in a newly constructed, state-of-the-art emergency care facility delivering 24/7 services. The parent campus is a 288-bed acute care hospital with a nationally recognized cardiac program, advanced stroke care, maternity services, and a Level III NICU, giving this RT role meaningful depth of system support and career development.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited and approved Respiratory Care Technician or Therapist program; Associate degree required
- Current Respiratory Therapy licensure through the South Carolina State Board of Medical Examiners
- Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician (CRTT) credential required, verified by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential preferred, verified by the NBRC
- American Heart Association BLS/CPR required; must be obtained within 7 days of hire
- American Heart Association PALS and ACLS certifications required within the orientation period
- NRP certification required for therapists assigned to NICU coverage
- 2–5 years of job-related respiratory therapy experience preferred
