Practice Highlights
- Neuro Med-Surg unit serving a diverse regional patient population across the Rio Grande Valley
- Direct clinical patient care with per-shift accountability for assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized nursing care plans

- Accountable to CNO-level standards for nursing care quality, clinical staff competency, and appropriate resource utilization

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required); Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing preferred
- Current Texas RN licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- AHA ACLS, PALS, and/or NRP certifications required if applicable per corporate policy for the unit of hire
- Recent acute care experience preferred; new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
