Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; ADN or BSN accepted — BSN or intent to pursue BSN preferred
- Active Texas RN license, Compact State RN license, or temporary Texas RN license required at time of hire
- New graduate RN or RN with fewer than six months of professional RN practice — no prior nursing experience required
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification required upon hire or must be obtained within 30 days of employment
- Additional specialty certifications may be required during employment depending on assigned clinical track
