Practice Highlights

  • Direct clinical patient care role on a Medical-Surgical unit with per-shift patient assignments

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required); Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
  • Current, active Texas RN license or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at hire or obtained within 5 working days prior to assuming patient care responsibilities (2-year renewal cycle)
  • Additional AHA certifications may be required based on corporate policy for the specific unit of hire
  • Recent acute care experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply
