<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN or MSN preferred</li> <li>Active RN licensure or permit in the state of Tennessee (or eligibility to obtain)</li> <li>BLS certification required upon hire</li> <li>ACLS certification required within 3 months of hire for ICU placement</li> <li>Comfort with high-acuity critical care patient populations, multi-disciplinary care coordination, and ICU-specific procedures</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care on a per-shift and unit level</li> </ul>
