About the Community

Sunnyvale is a small, tight-knit city situated just east of Dallas, offering easy access to the full amenity base of the DFW metroplex — major sports, dining, arts, and one of the nation's busiest airport hubs — while maintaining a quieter, suburban residential character. The area features highly regarded schools, affordable housing relative to the urban core, and proximity to Lake Ray Hubbard for outdoor recreation.
