Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (required); Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing preferred
- Current Texas Registered Nurse licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- Proficiency with electronic charting and basic computer applications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing; additional language proficiency preferred
- Demonstrated ability to function flexibly and effectively under high-acuity, variable-census conditions across multiple units
