Qualifications
- Graduate of a state-approved or accredited school of nursing (required); bachelor's or master's degree in nursing preferred
- Current, active RN licensure in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain), in compliance with state law and regulation
- Current CPR certification required
- Emergency Department clinical experience appropriate to the acuity and scope of a high-volume community hospital ED
- Demonstrated ability to supervise delegated care and function as a clinical resource and role model on the unit
- Proof of full vaccination or approved religious/medical exemption required prior to start date per applicable law; exempted employees subject to regular testing protocols
