Doctors Medical Center of Modesto — the largest full-care hospital between Stockton and Fresno and from the Sierras to the San Francisco Bay Area — is recruiting a licensed Clinical Programs Manager to lead behavioral health clinical operations at its dedicated inpatient psychiatric facility, Doctors Behavioral Health Center. This is a full-time, day-shift leadership role with direct oversight of Social Services, Intake/Admissions, Inpatient Clinicians, and Activity Staff across a 67-bed inpatient psychiatric unit. The position reports to the Administrator and Chief Behavioral Health Officer and carries meaningful regulatory and clinical accountability under California Title 22 and CMS Conditions of Participation.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program (MSW required)
- Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure in the State of California
- Minimum two (2) years of management experience in a mental health or closely related setting
- Minimum one (1) year of clinical experience as a clinician in an inpatient psychiatric setting; experience in a psychiatric and/or chemical dependency setting conducting evaluations strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience applying Crisis Theory Methodology
- Working knowledge of counseling, psychotherapy, clinical case management, and diverse treatment modalities; familiarity with biological, behavioral, and environmental aspects of emotional disturbance, mental disability, and substance abuse
- Knowledge of community mental health education, prevention, and crisis intervention resources; familiarity with public and private health and welfare agency networks
- Valid California driver's license and proof of automotive insurance required
