Practice Highlights
- Supervisory oversight of nursing personnel across one or more ICU patient care units
- Responsible for verifying that patient needs are met and evaluating unit-level nursing care quality and staff performance

Qualifications
- Academic degree in nursing required; Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience required
- Minimum 2 years of nursing supervisor experience preferred
- Current, active nursing license, certification, or registration valid in the state of Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; AHA ACLS and/or PALS and/or NRP required as applicable per corporate policy for the ICU unit of hire
