Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Medical Assistant diploma from an accredited program required; three years of relevant healthcare work experience accepted in lieu of diploma; current Medical Assistant certification also satisfies the requirement
  • Preferred: MA diploma from an accredited school plus a minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience
  • CPR/BLS certification required
  • Medical Assistant certification preferred (not required if diploma or experience requirement is met)
  • Compliance with applicable federal, state, and local vaccination requirements; proof of full vaccination or approved religious/medical exemption required prior to start date
