Practice Highlights
- Serves as the primary coordinator for all phases of the surgical process, from candidate triage through post-operative care coordination
- Partners directly with surgeons to obtain medical clearances and ensure preoperative testing aligns with hospital protocols

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program required
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential preferred
- Current CPR certification required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a physician office setting
- Prior surgery scheduling experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of electronic insurance verification systems and payer authorization processes
- Ability to travel locally on an occasional basis to support additional office locations
