This is a Monday–Friday outpatient clinic role with OR assist responsibilities as needed — no call, no weekends, and a clean 8-to-5 schedule that delivers genuine work-life balance in one of the country's most dynamic metro markets. <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program</li> <li>Current PA certification (NCCPA) and active Texas PA license, or eligibility to obtain</li> <li>DEA registration with the state of Texas, or eligibility to obtain</li> <li>CPR certification required</li> <li>Additional certifications as required by the facility Medical Staff Bylaws and applicable governing board</li> <li>All experience levels considered — new graduates through experienced orthopedic PAs</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary clinical environment with strong communication and patient care standards</li> </ul>
