Qualifications
- Central Sterile Processing Technician Certificate required
- Minimum one year of experience in central sterile, decontamination, or sterile processing
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of aseptic and sterile techniques
- Thorough familiarity with surgical instrumentation, processing equipment, and sterile supplies
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to prioritize workload to meet daily deadlines in a fast-paced OR support environment
- Ability to adapt to shifting workloads and schedule adjustments; effective communication with clinical customers
