Qualifications

  • Central Sterile Processing Technician Certificate required
  • Minimum one year of experience in central sterile, decontamination, or sterile processing
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of aseptic and sterile techniques
  • Thorough familiarity with surgical instrumentation, processing equipment, and sterile supplies
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to prioritize workload to meet daily deadlines in a fast-paced OR support environment
  • Ability to adapt to shifting workloads and schedule adjustments; effective communication with clinical customers
