Qualifications
- Active CBSPD (Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution) or IAHCSMM (International Association of Healthcare Central Service Materiel Management) certification required; must be current and maintained
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a CS/SPD Technician or in a directly relevant role
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Demonstrated competency in decontamination, sterilization procedures, and autoclave operation per departmental policy
