Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing preferred
- Active Tennessee RN license or valid multi-state compact license/permit required at time of hire
- BLS certification required upon hire
- ACLS certification required within 3 months of hire (mandatory for Emergency Department RNs)
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification required within 3 months of hire for Emergency Department RNs
- PALS certification required within 3 months of hire for Emergency Department RNs
- Comfort with the full acuity spectrum of a busy urban emergency department, including procedural competency in the specialty service area
