Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required at minimum
- Valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from state of residence required; nurses holding a Compact state license from another state must obtain a Multi-State RN License from their state of residence within 30 days of hire
- American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification required; must be obtained within 7 days of hire
- Basic Rhythms competency must be completed within orientation period
- Prior clinical experience reviewed individually — candidates across experience levels are considered
