Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required); Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing preferred
- Active Texas RN license or eligibility to obtain licensure as required by state law and regulation
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; AHA ACLS and/or PALS and/or NRP required if applicable per corporate policy for the unit of hire
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required for PRN status; recent acute care experience strongly preferred for this full-time night position
- Demonstrated competency in nursing process coordination, medication administration, and staff delegation within an acute care environment
