Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Monitor experience or completion of an EKG course required
- One year of experience in acute care, critical care, or emergency department nursing preferred
- Valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from state of residence required; nurses holding a Compact state license from another state must obtain a Multi-State RN License from their state of residence within 30 days of hire
- American Heart Association BLS/CPR required — must be obtained within 7 days of hire
- American Heart Association ACLS and PALS, CPI, and NIHSS certification required — must be completed within the orientation period
- Trauma Certification preferred
