- Close patient monitoring for complications throughout all interventional procedures; critical thinking and decisive judgment required in a fast-paced critical care environment
- On-call coverage required for emergent procedures; on-call arrival time requirement of 30 minutes
- Functions as team leader and facilitator, coordinating communications across the multidisciplinary health team and delegating appropriately to ancillary personnel
- Preceptorship responsibilities for student nurses and new hires
- Patient and family education tailored to age, culture, condition, and circumstance

Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida (or eligibility to obtain)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at time of hire
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 3 months of hire
- Minimum one year of nursing experience in a critical care setting (ICU, Emergency Department, or Trauma); three or more years preferred
- Prior experience in a procedural area — Cardiac Cath, Interventional Radiology, Electrophysiology, or Neuro IR — strongly preferred
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment; comfort with on-call obligations including a 30-minute response requirement
