  • On-call coverage required for emergent procedures; on-call arrival time requirement of 30 minutes
  • Functions as team leader and facilitator, coordinating communications across the multidisciplinary health team and delegating appropriately to ancillary personnel
  • Preceptorship responsibilities for student nurses and new hires

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at time of hire
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 3 months of hire
  • Minimum one year of nursing experience in a critical care setting (ICU, Emergency Department, or Trauma); three or more years preferred
  • Prior experience in a procedural area — Cardiac Cath, Interventional Radiology, Electrophysiology, or Neuro IR — strongly preferred
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment; comfort with on-call obligations including a 30-minute response requirement
