<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida</li> <li>Current BLS certification required at time of hire</li> <li>ACLS certification required within 3 months of hire</li> <li>Minimum one year of nursing experience in a critical care setting (ICU, ED, or Trauma)</li> <li>Three or more years of critical care experience preferred</li> <li>Prior experience in a procedural area — Cath Lab, IR, EP, or Neuro — strongly preferred</li> <li>Demonstrated critical thinking skills and capacity to work with minimal supervision in a high-acuity environment</li> </ul>
