<h3>Practice Highlights</h3> <ul> <li>Direct clinical care role on a Behavioral Health — Adolescent inpatient unit</li> <li>Responsible for full nursing process: assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation on a per-shift and unit level</li> <li>Supervises and delegates care to appropriate support staff each shift</li> <li>Accountable to the CNO for quality, safety, and appropriate resource utilization related to patient care</li> <li>Directs care in accordance with established standards of safety, risk management, quality improvement, and infection control</li> <li>Participates in Hospital Incident Command System (HICS) responsibilities during emergencies and disaster events</li> <li>Expected to know and execute all hospital emergency codes per policy</li> <li>Goal-oriented discharge planning with focus on optimum level of care at time of discharge</li> </ul>
