About the Community
Worcester is Massachusetts' second-largest city, offering a compelling mix of urban amenities and New England character at a cost of living well below Boston — located just 45 miles to the east. The city is home to multiple colleges and universities, a vibrant arts and dining scene, and easy access to outdoor recreation throughout the central Massachusetts highlands. Families benefit from strong public and private school options, and the region's four-season climate draws clinicians who value both professional opportunity and quality of life outside a major metropolitan center.
