Qualifications

  • Graduate of a state-approved or accredited school of nursing — required
  • Current, active RN licensure in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain) — required
  • Current CPR certification — required
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) — preferred
  • Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric nursing, or adolescent populations is consistent with the unit's clinical demands
