Qualifications

  • Graduate of a state-approved or accredited school of nursing — required
  • Current, active Massachusetts RN licensure (or eligibility to obtain) — required
  • Current CPR certification — required
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing — preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to function independently across multiple units and patient populations, consistent with a float pool model
