Qualifications
- Graduate of a state-approved or accredited school of nursing — required
- Current, active Massachusetts RN licensure (or eligibility to obtain) — required
- Current CPR certification — required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing — preferred
- Demonstrated ability to function independently across multiple units and patient populations, consistent with a float pool model
