<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Associate's Degree in Invasive Cardiovascular Technology or a Cardiovascular Technologist Certificate from an accredited program; candidates eligible for the RCIS exam (administered by CCI) are considered, with certification required within one year of hire</li> <li>Minimum of three years of experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory</li> <li>Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at time of hire; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification must be obtained within six months of hire</li> <li>Current California ARRT licensure with California Fluoroscopy Certification preferred</li> <li>Demonstrated competency with basic and complex invasive cardiovascular procedures including PTCA, stenting, IABP, thrombolysis, coil procedures, and peripheral interventions</li> <li>Ability to recognize cardiac arrhythmias and respond per emergency protocols; proficiency with external pacemakers and defibrillators required</li> </ul>
