<p>West Boca Medical Center in Boca Raton, Florida is recruiting a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for a per diem, rotating position in its active operating room. WBMC is a full-service acute care hospital with a robotic surgery program, orthopedics, women's and children's services, and the only Level III NICU in southern Palm Beach County — offering a CST genuine breadth of surgical exposure across specialties. This role carries call responsibility and is well-suited to an experienced OR tech who thrives in a high-functioning, multi-specialty surgical environment.</p>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required; graduate of an accredited operating room technologist program required</li> <li>Minimum one year of experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist in an OR setting</li> <li>Active CST certification (TECH-SURGICAL CERT) required</li> <li>Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required</li> <li>Demonstrated yearly competencies specific to the surgical unit</li> <li>Ability and availability to take call, including nights, weekends, and holidays</li> </ul>
