Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program with an associate degree or equivalent; candidates graduating within 6 months are eligible to apply
- SCRQSA (South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association) permanent license required; current graduates may begin with a limited SCRQSA license and must obtain the permanent license within 6 months of employment
- American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification required; must be obtained within 7 days of hire
- ARRT – CT registration or registry eligibility preferred
- One to two years of CT or radiologic technology experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply
- Demonstrated competency in patient positioning, diagnostic image production, radiation safety protocols, and PACS operation
