Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience will be considered
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive, hands-on managerial experience in a medical practice setting
  • Demonstrated ability to manage daily operations including scheduling, charge entry, cash reconciliation, and budget oversight
  • Experience with HR functions — hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation, and staff development — in a clinical practice environment
