<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Required:</strong> High school diploma or equivalent</li> <li><strong>Required:</strong> Minimum one year of laboratory experience and/or completion of a formal phlebotomy training program</li> <li><strong>Required:</strong> Phlebotomy certification where mandated by state law</li> <li><strong>Preferred:</strong> Completion of a formal phlebotomy training program</li> <li><strong>Preferred:</strong> Basic laboratory computer and lab information system (LIS) experience in addition to the above</li> <li><strong>Preferred:</strong> National phlebotomy certification through ASCP, ANP, ASPT, or a comparable credentialing body</li> </ul>
