- Care delivered in alignment with established standards for safety, risk management, quality improvement, and infection control
- HICS (Hospital Incident Command System) participation required during emergency and disaster events
Qualifications
- Graduate of a state-approved or accredited school of nursing — required
- Active Massachusetts RN license or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice — required
- Current CPR certification — required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) — preferred
- Comfort with telemetry monitoring and the full scope of cardiac and medical-surgical acuity expected on a step-down unit
