Qualifications
- Active, current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts (state of practice)
- Academic degree in nursing required; Bachelor's or Master's degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital setting — as a nurse manager, full-time charge nurse, or equivalent leadership role
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with proven hospital operational and leadership ability
- Ability to function as a clinical role model and professional advocate for nursing staff
