<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Academic degree in nursing required; Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred</li> <li>Active Massachusetts RN license, or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice, required</li> <li>Current CPR certification required</li> <li>Demonstrated experience supervising and coordinating nursing personnel in an inpatient or acute care setting</li> <li>Ability to evaluate unit-level nursing care quality, assess patient needs, and implement performance improvements</li> </ul>
