Qualifications
- Academic degree in nursing required; Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
- Active Massachusetts RN license, or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice, required
- Current CPR certification required
- Demonstrated experience supervising and coordinating nursing personnel in an inpatient or acute care setting
- Ability to evaluate unit-level nursing care quality, assess patient needs, and implement performance improvements
