PBGMC has led cardiac care in the region for over 50 years — it was the first hospital in Palm Beach County to perform open-heart surgery — and continues to operate at the forefront of complex cardiovascular and critical care. This per diem, rotating position offers experienced critical care nurses a high-acuity environment backed by a full-service acute care campus and a nationally recognized cardiac program.</p>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) state license required upon hire</li> <li>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire — must be through the American Heart Association</li> <li>Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 90 days of hire or transfer date — must be through the American Heart Association</li> <li>NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required within 90 days of hire or transfer date</li> <li>Prior critical care or cardiovascular nursing experience appropriate to CVICU-level acuity</li> </ul>
