This is a full department-administrator role with 24/7 accountability for pharmacy operations, staff leadership, regulatory compliance, and fiscal management. <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy required</li> <li>Minimum five years of pharmacist experience in a hospital setting required</li> <li>Active Pharmacist license in the State of Arizona required (or eligibility to obtain)</li> <li>Minimum three years of supervisory or management experience preferred</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, supply chain, and productivity metrics in a hospital pharmacy environment</li> <li>Strong independent decision-making skills with a high degree of accuracy across varied responsibilities; proficiency with personal computer systems required</li> </ul>
