<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Active, current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)</li> <li>Minimum education: Associate degree from an accredited nursing school combined with a bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field, or a BSN</li> <li>Preferred education: MSN or master's degree in a healthcare-related field</li> <li>Minimum of two (2) years of progressive management experience in a hospital setting as a manager or full-time charge nurse in a comparable role</li> <li>Current CPR certification required</li> <li>Demonstrated leadership ability with strong hospital operational acumen and highly effective interpersonal and communication skills</li> <li>Ability to serve as a role model and professional advocate for nursing practice</li> </ul>
