About the Community

Tucson is Arizona's second-largest city, offering a compelling blend of Southwestern culture, year-round sunshine, and outdoor recreation — from hiking in Saguaro National Park to cycling the Santa Catalina foothills. The city is home to the University of Arizona, a vibrant arts and dining scene, and a cost of living meaningfully lower than Phoenix or the California metros. Tucson's warm climate, diverse neighborhoods, and strong public and private school options make it a practical and enjoyable destination for clinicians relocating with families or establishing long-term roots.
