Qualifications
- Active, current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
- Minimum education: Associate degree from an accredited nursing school combined with a bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field, or a BSN
- Preferred education: MSN or master's degree in a healthcare-related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of progressive management experience in a hospital setting as a manager or full-time charge nurse in a comparable role
- Current CPR certification required
- Demonstrated leadership ability with strong hospital operational acumen and highly effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to serve as a role model and professional advocate for nursing practice
