<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN or MSN preferred</li> <li>Active RN licensure or permit in the state of Tennessee (or eligibility to obtain)</li> <li>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire</li> <li>Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 3 months of hire — mandatory for PACU RNs</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to perform PACU-level procedures and deliver nursing interventions consistent with the post-anesthesia plan of care</li> <li>Accurate and complete clinical documentation across all assigned patient records</li> </ul>
