Westover Hills Baptist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas is recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as Nursing Coordinator for its Cath Lab and Structural Heart Program — a clinically sophisticated role that sits at the intersection of care coordination, outcomes improvement, and cardiovascular program leadership within a six-hospital health system with more than 120 years of community presence. The coordinator owns end-to-end care coordination for TAVR, MitraClip, and WATCHMAN patients, working alongside a dedicated team of cardiology providers, APPs, and PAs across the San Antonio market and surrounding region.
About the Community

San Antonio is the seventh-largest city in the United States and one of the most culturally rich metros in Texas — offering a low cost of living relative to other major U.S. cities, no state income tax, a warm climate, and a vibrant food, arts, and entertainment scene anchored by the River Walk and a deep Hispanic heritage. The city is home to strong public and private school options, major universities, and easy access to the Texas Hill Country for outdoor recreation including hiking, cycling, and lake activities. For clinicians relocating from higher cost-of-living markets, San Antonio consistently delivers an exceptional quality of life at a fraction of the price.
