<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing preferred</li> <li>Active RN licensure or permit in the state of Tennessee (or eligibility to obtain)</li> <li>BLS certification required upon hire</li> <li>ACLS certification required within 3 months of hire for Med/Surg/Tele RNs</li> <li>Comfort with telemetry monitoring, care planning for cardiac and medical-surgical patients, and accurate clinical documentation across all assigned patient records</li> </ul>
