Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing preferred
- Active RN licensure or permit in the state of Tennessee (or eligibility to obtain)
- BLS certification required upon hire
- ACLS certification required within 3 months of hire for Same Day Surgery RNs
- Comfort performing procedures and delivering nursing interventions in a specialty surgical service area
- Proficiency in clinical documentation across all assigned patient records
