<p>Saint Francis Hospital-Memphis is recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse for its Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at its 479-bed full-service academic medical center on Park Avenue in Memphis, TN. This is a direct clinical care role within a high-acuity perioperative environment supported by a nationally recognized Surgical Services program — including a Center for Robotic Surgery — and a broad multi-specialty surgical volume. A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 is available for eligible candidates, making this one of the stronger incentive packages in the Memphis market.</p>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN or MSN preferred</li> <li>Active RN licensure or permit in the state of Tennessee (or eligibility to obtain)</li> <li>BLS certification required upon hire</li> <li>ACLS certification required within 3 months of hire (PACU RNs are explicitly included in this requirement)</li> <li>Comfort with post-anesthesia recovery across a high-volume, multi-specialty surgical environment including robotic and complex cases</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, implement, and document nursing care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis</li> </ul>
