Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
- Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS required upon completion of orientation for CCU/ICU placement
- Minimum one year of acute care experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical backgrounds will be considered
- Specialty certification in critical care (e.g., CCRN) preferred
- Proficiency with basic computer systems; ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with patients and families
