Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Current California Phlebotomy License required
- Minimum one year of phlebotomy experience in a hospital laboratory preferred
- Demonstrated competency with specimen collection across all patient age groups, including newborns and pediatric patients
- Familiarity with laboratory computer systems and routine clerical functions
