Florida Coast Medical Center — a brand-new acute care hospital opening in Port Saint Lucie, Florida in September 2025 — is recruiting an experienced Perioperative / OR Manager (RN) to help build and lead its surgical services program from the ground up. This is a full-time, day-shift leadership role with direct oversight of clinical operations across the OR, outpatient surgery, and recovery areas. The single most compelling differentiator here is the rare opportunity to shape a perioperative program at a de novo facility before its first case, establishing culture, workflows, and standards from day one.
