<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required</li> <li>Current Florida Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) license required</li> <li>Current American Heart Association BLS certification (Healthcare Provider) required</li> <li>Current American Heart Association ACLS certification (Healthcare Provider) required</li> <li>EMR/EHR experience preferred; NextGen or Athena platform familiarity a plus</li> <li>Proficiency in a Windows environment with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and internet-based tools</li> <li>Strong interpersonal communication skills with patients, physicians, and multidisciplinary staff</li> <li>Comfort operating in a complex, matrixed healthcare organization</li> </ul>
