<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license — required</li> <li>Associate Degree in Nursing or higher — required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or advanced degree preferred</li> <li>Current American Heart Association BLS certification — required and must be maintained continuously</li> <li>Current American Heart Association ACLS certification — required and must be maintained continuously</li> <li>Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience with demonstrated clinical competence</li> <li>Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to present in a positive, professional manner</li> <li>Previous nursing management experience — preferred</li> </ul>
