<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Texas, or eligibility to obtain</li> <li>Minimum education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN); graduate of an accredited nursing program</li> <li>New graduates eligible — must be eligible to sit for the NCLEX board examination</li> <li>BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; must be obtained within 3 months of hire if not current</li> <li>ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required; must be obtained within 3 months of hire if not current</li> <li>Demonstrated knowledge of growth and development principles across the lifespan, with the ability to assess and interpret patient data across all age groups</li> </ul>
