<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Associate degree or equivalent experience; graduate of an accredited school of medical laboratory technology or equivalent program meeting CLIA high-complexity testing criteria</li> <li>Minimum 2 years of experience as a medical laboratory technician</li> <li>Certification through an approved agency required: ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology), AMT (American Medical Technologists), or equivalent</li> <li>Active Tennessee state laboratory licensure, or eligibility to obtain as required by state law</li> <li>Demonstrated competency across all specimen types with ability to perform advanced instrumentation troubleshooting and serve as a departmental resource</li> </ul>
